5 hapiness sutras



Guruji:

  1. Develop a positive attitude. You become healthy.

  2. Work only 5.5 hrs per day.

  3. Be social. Be alive. Love people, not gadgets (cars, properties, clothes create debts and can’t love you back). Spend more time with family, friends, weekly happy hour and community clubs.

  4. Volunteer. You are inherently kind and generous. Find the joy of giving and sharing starting from childhood. Even small sacrifices give great joy.

  5. Laugh. Bodies can’t distinguish faked and genuine laughter. So fake: it generates genuine laughter.
